For a payment or connection issue
Include the store name, approximate date and time, coins inserted, and the message shown on the portal. A screenshot of the visible error can help. Do not send your administrator password, installation profile, payment-card number or banking credentials.
For another Vendo location
Public distribution is being prepared. Tell us about the device and network at your location. Each machine needs its own registration, connection configuration and physical coin testing before operation.
Advertising questions
Rewarded advertising is not currently live. Google account review, ad availability and reward integration still need to be completed. Creating an account or trying the design preview does not generate advertising income.
