From WiFi
to online.
Join the store’s WiFi
Choose the network displayed on the machine or ask the attendant. Stay connected to that network when opening the portal. Opening this public website from mobile data will not start a local machine session.
Open the local portal
Your phone may show a sign-in notification. If it does not, open http://10.0.0.1 in your browser while connected to the machine’s WiFi. This address works only on the store’s local network.
Check the machine and prices
Wait for the machine to be ready. Read the prices on that portal before paying. Prices belong to the selected machine and may differ between locations. Do not insert coins if the portal says the machine is not ready or another customer is using the coin slot.
Tap Insert Coin, then insert
Open a collection window first. Insert one coin at a time and check the displayed amount. Finish within the window shown on screen. If an amount is missing, note the time and contact the attendant rather than repeatedly inserting more coins.
Tap Start Internet
Allow a few seconds for coin counting and connection confirmation. Wait until the portal says Connected. Time runs continuously after the connection starts, including when you stop browsing or disconnect.
Common questions
The portal opens but the internet does not work.
Opening the portal proves that your phone can reach the local machine. It does not prove that the machine has an upstream internet connection or that a paid session has started. Check the portal status and your recorded time, then ask the attendant if it remains disconnected.
The phone says “No internet” before payment.
The local network may restrict general internet access until a session is active. You should still be able to open its local portal. Check that you joined the correct WiFi and use the local address above.
Can I pause or transfer my paid time?
The current pilot does not support pausing, vouchers, or transferring a session to another device. Time continues after you disconnect. Changing your WiFi address can also prevent the machine from recognizing an existing session.
Can I watch ads instead of paying?
Rewarded ads are being prepared and are not currently available. When launched, the offer will be optional and subject to daily limits and ad availability. Preview buttons never add real internet or PC time.
I need help with a coin payment.
Contact the attendant and provide the location, approximate time, amount inserted, and what the portal displayed. You can also contact our service email. Do not send passwords or bank details.
